Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. (PRMG Inc.) seeks an Outside Business Development Specialist in California to grow branch activity by generating qualified residential mortgage leads.

The role remains non-licensed and focuses on outreach, follow-up, and referral development, coordinating introductions to licensed Mortgage Loan Originators as needed. Scope includes building a steady pipeline, supporting branch goals, and collaborating with leadership and internal teams while complying

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in consumer sales, lead generation, business development or related fields.
• Bachelor's-level education in business, finance or related area as listed in the job.
• Non-licensed mortgage support role with no loan-application activity.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with consumers who may have residential mortgage financing needs.
• Generate consumer mortgage leads through outbound outreach, networking, database follow-up, referral relationships, events and approved marketing.
• Educate prospective consumers on the mortgage process at a general level and direct loan-specific questions to a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator.
• Schedule introductions and appointments between prospective borrowers and licensed Mortgage Loan Originators.
• Maintain follow-up to support engagement and conversion and track activity in the CRM.
