Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year college degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Mortgage industry experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven sales leadership experience.
• Detail oriented with organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with compilation of recruitment budget; coordinate hiring needs.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate detailed business and functional requirements, documentation, process flows, and data modules to contribute to project plans.
• Develop and implement recruitment objectives.
• Develop measures for evaluating the effectiveness of recruiting.
• Develop familiarity with trends in the mortgage banking industry and company policies.
• Develop and maintain a recruiting database.
• Implement and monitor effective recruiting and hiring campaigns.
• Maintain knowledge of all jobs/functions and policies to insure appropriate hiring.
• Apprise internal departments of upcoming new hires for smooth integration.
