City & County Credit Union is seeking a Community Mortgage Advisor to drive first and second mortgage opportunities through external referrals and community partnerships. You will develop a quality network of business relationships and proactively solicit residential mortgage and home equity opportunities with realtors, builders, and financial professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer preferred.
• Eligible to register with NMLS and maintain MLO registration.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, capable of daily workflow with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Solicits new mortgage and home equity business through community relationships.
• Builds and maintains a pipeline of referral sources.
• Explains mortgage programs, options, fees, and terms to borrowers and partners.
• Inputs loan applications into LOS and reviews DU findings.
• Coordinates with underwriter, processor, closer to ensure timely closings.
• Promotes cross-sell of credit union products and services.
