• 3 years of higher education or work experience in Default Servicing or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor foreclosure actions from referral to post-foreclosure and manage issues raised.
• Coordinate with foreclosure attorneys to minimize delays and resolve simple contested actions.
• Provide status updates to investors and respond to audit requests.
• Generate monthly scorecards, exception and workflow reports for Foreclosure.
• Ensure FHA deadlines are met and manage bidding instructions where applicable.
• Review documents for foreclosure or contested litigation and forward for review.
