Job summary

You will liaise with CAM, Collections, Loss Mitigation and attorneys to move foreclosure timelines forward while ensuring compliance and data accuracy in all required systems.

Qualifications

• Requires a total of 3 years of combined education and/or work experience, including at least 2 years in banking or the mortgage industry.
• Proficiency with Word processing, spreadsheet and email software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Review past-due loans daily to determine foreclosure referral eligibility and/or manage a portfolio of foreclosure quote requests.
• Quote payoff and reinstatement amounts for loans in foreclosure.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, investor guidelines, and CFPB requirements.
• Coordinate with CAM, Collections, Loss Mitigation, SPOC and servicing teams to obtain approvals before foreclosure activation and to expedite inquiries with counsel.
• Review imaging/documents to ensure accurate data for referrals and quotes, and monitor offshore uploads for timeliness and accuracy.
