• Handle escalation requests via M&T systems, email and calls.
• Research prior servicer payment histories and relevant files.
• Collaborate with CAM, Loss Mitigation, and attorneys for proper approvals.
• Perform quality control of offshore uploads to support foreclosure timelines.
• Maintain internal controls and comply with audit and regulatory points.
• Promote a diverse, inclusive culture in line with M&T Bank values.
