• Collaborate with foreclosure attorney and in-house counsel to resolve disputes involving mortgaged properties.
• Serve as primary escalation contact for team members, attorneys, and other departments.
• Ensure FHA 1st legal deadlines are met when loans are referred to foreclosure and track extensions as needed.
• Review and validate foreclosure exception reports and update investor timeline reports.
