Responsibilities

• Manage mortgage escrow accounts: process tax and insurance payments and monitor accuracy.
• Perform escrow analysis to identify shortages or surpluses and project accordingly.
• Prepare and distribute annual escrow statements to borrowers.
• Liaise with tax agencies, insurers, lenders, and borrowers to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain escrow records and generate routine reports for management.
• Develop or update procedures for escrow servicing duties.
