Responsibilities include reviewing supporting documents, coordinating with lenders and title companies, and ensuring compliance with HMDA, RESPA, and TRID guidelines while delivering high quality customer

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mortgage closing/processing experience using Encompass.
• Knowledge of different loan types and mortgage industry regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organized with the ability to handle a heavy workload and multiple tasks.
• Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete accurate initial and final closing disclosures within TRID timing requirements.
• Monitor borrower’s receipt of Closing Disclosure and re-disclose as needed.
• Coordinate delays with lenders and title company to ensure timely closings.
• Review title commitments, homeowners insurance, flood certification, and related documents for accuracy.
