Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active title insurance license or ability to obtain within six months.
• 1–3 years of escrow/title experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience reviewing real estate contracts and assisting with closing statements and documents.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and general office software.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and assist with closing statements and documents.
• Prepare closing documents and maintain file integrity.
• Balance file-level receipts and disbursements with accuracy.
• Support Residential Escrow Officers to move files from contract to closing.
• Communicate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth closings.
