Job summary

ISN is seeking a Document Management Specialist to support mortgage document processing and data handling for HUD-insured loans. The role requires lifting and sorting duties along with accurate data entry and file management.

The ideal candidate will have office experience, mortgage industry exposure, and familiarity with FHA/HUD guidelines, with strong communication and organization skills to thrive in a detail-oriented environment at ISN.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of office experience.
• 1+ years mortgage industry experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of FHA guidelines.
• Familiarity with HUD guidelines.
• Ability to lift 80 lbs or more.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills; proficient with MS Office and related software.
• 10-key data entry; 60–80 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Document management duties including lifting, sorting, and tracking mortgage documents.
• Process mail and prepare/scan/index/file Partial Claim notes and Partial Claim mortgages for HUD-insured loans.
