Job summary

ISN Corporation in Oklahoma City, OK, is seeking a Document Management Specialist to join our team. The role involves lifting, sorting, and tracking mortgage documents, processing mail, and handling Partial Claim notes and HUD-insured mortgages.

You will work with MS Office and specialized software to maintain accurate data and document integrity. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of office experience, FHA/HUD guideline familiarity, and strong data entry skills (60–80 WPM;

Qualifications

• 2+ years of office experience are required.
• 1+ years mortgage industry experience is a plus; data management skills valued.
• Familiarity with FHA guidelines and HUD guidelines.
• Able to lift 80 lbs or more; strong written and oral communication.
• Superior organizational skills; proficient in MS Office and related software.
• 10-key data entry at 60–80 WPM

Responsibilities

• Document Management duties include lifting, sorting, and tracking mortgage documents.
• The position requires processing mail, prepping/scanning/indexing/file Partial Claim notes, andPartial Claim mortgages for HUD-insured loans.
