Job summary

NVR Mortgage is seeking a Compliance Specialist - Document Control to support mortgage operations across the Ryan Homes, NVHomes, and Heartland Homes brands. The role emphasizes meticulous document management, LOS testing, and coordinating regulatory reporting to ensure smooth loan processes from application to closing.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience working with a financial institution preferred.
• Working knowledge of real estate documentation, policies, compliance, and procedures a plus.
• Strong organization skills, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Support LOS documentation testing for all custom and standard documents.
• Prepare, test and review documentation updates and system changes.
• Collaborate on HMDA reporting for government submission and third-party review.
• Assist in coordinating reports and documentation for state audits.
• Stay current with regulatory changes from relevant agencies.
