Job summary

Jet Home Loans, part of the Dream Finders Homes family, is seeking a Shipping & Suspense Coordinator to support loan deliveries to investors and government agencies. The role focuses on preparing loan data and documents, prioritizing files from a queue, and ensuring accurate investor submissions.

The ideal candidate will have mortgage origination knowledge, ULDD, and familiarity with the Uniform Closing Dataset, plus strong communication skills and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Mortgage origination knowledge or background.
• Knowledge of the ULDD (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac).
• Knowledge of the Uniform Closing Dataset.
• Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Computer and technology savvy (MS Office).
• Patient with repetitive tasks.
• Experience with Encompass is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan data and/or loan documents for delivery to investors.
• Work from a queue/pipeline, prioritizing and preparing loan files per investor requirements.
• Research and quickly rectify delivery issues and investor suspended loans.
• Maintain timely follow-up on each file and communicate with internal and external customers.
