The ideal candidate has mortgage origination knowledge, ULDD and UCD familiarity, strong communication, and proficiency with Encompass and MS Office. On-site role with exposure to diverse investor requirements.

Qualifications

• Mortgage origination knowledge or background.
• ULDD knowledge (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac).
• Uniform Closing Dataset knowledge.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Patient with repetitive tasks.
• Experience with Encompass.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan data and loan documents for delivery to investors.
• Work from a queue to prioritize and prepare loan files.
• Research and rectify delivery issues and investor suspended loans.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers on mortgage delivery.
