Member First Mortgage LLC is seeking an Early Intervention Specialist to join our Default & Loss Mitigation team in an in-office capacity. The role focuses on supporting Default & Early Intervention operations through reconciliations, financial recordkeeping, and reporting, fostering collaboration with local and cross-organizational teams.

• One year to three years of similar or related experience required.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Problem solving and analysis skills required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Solid time management skills to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve conflicts and build relationships through appropriate, confidential communication and tact.
• Research borrower information to determine valid contact details and discuss payment options.
• Monitor delinquent mortgage accounts up to 120 days and pursue current status through calls and notices.
• Update system coding and notes to reflect collection efforts and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Willing to work some evenings and weekends as needed.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
