Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process mortgage default, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and post-sale matters per procedures.
• Review, prepare, and maintain loan, case, property, and legal documentation.
• Enter accurate information in applicable systems and monitor deadlines.
• Gather required information, resolve routine issues, and escalate complex cases.
• Communicate with client representatives and internal teams to obtain and verify information.
• Provide timely updates on assigned matters and collaborate with attorneys, vendors, and departments.
