Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of mortgage experience desired.
• Familiarity with real estate and mortgage terminology is helpful.
• Government loan experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and mathematical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process loans within designated builder communities and manage a pipeline of loans.
• Collect, follow up and review required documentation according to guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA) to facilitate closing and saleability.
• Update files 45–60 days prior to closing and prepare the file for final underwriting, pre-closing, and underwriting conditions.
• Maintain communication with borrowers, builders and the assigned team to ensure high customer service levels.
