Job summary

Triad Financial Services Inc is seeking a skilled Cash Processor to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. The role supports mortgage processing operations by applying payments, verifying balances, and handling transfers.

You will work with the servicing team to ensure funds are correctly applied, assist with research of out-of-balance items, remote deposit tasks, and policy updates. High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum of three years of mortgage/real estate experience.
2-3 years MSP/Black Knight experience.
Strong attention to detail and goal oriented.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Patience and ability to manage stress.
High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Apply payments and/or payoffs and daily balance.
Research and address any tasks assigned for research.
Complete transfers as needed for bank accounts.
Monitor all bank accounts servicing to ensure funds are addressed and applied correctly.
Research and address out-of-balance items and handle accordingly.
Assist with remote deposit requirements as needed.
Assist supervisor/manager with projects as needed.
Assist with updating policies and procedures.
Be flexible with time and schedule to meet business needs.
Perform other duties that may be assigned by Management.
Assist with identifying training opportunities.
