Job summary

Sun West Mortgage Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support homeowners and customers throughout their mortgage experience.

The role requires a customer-focused, quick learner who can manage multiple priorities and clearly explain information related to mortgages. The ideal candidate will have 1–4 years of customer service experience, bilingual English proficiency, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 4 years of customer service or related experience preferred.
• Bilingual or fluent English required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service focused with a professional and helpful approach.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to obtain and understand relevant information.
• Ability to explain information clearly to customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Ability to troubleshoot common computer-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions based on the customer’s needs.
• Follow up on customer inquiries to help ensure issues are resolved.
• Manage multiple customer requests while prioritizing time-sensitive matters.
• Maintain a high standard of internal and external customer service.
