Newrez LLC is seeking a Correspondence & Dispute Specialist to handle Qualified Written Requests, review disputes, research issues, and provide formal responses within deadlines. The role requires strong written communication, research skills, and regulatory knowledge (RESPA, TILA, FCRA, CFPB).

A Bachelor’s degree in English or similar field is preferred along with mortgage servicing experience. The position emphasizes accuracy, problem solving, and collaboration with operations to resolve

• Attention to detail and ability to follow regulations (RESPA, TILA, FCRA, CFPB).
• MS Word and MS Excel proficiency.
• Must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize tasks to meet regulatory deadlines.
• Review loan history, documentation, and applicable policies.
• Identify root causes and plan action for resolution of disputes.
• Ensure necessary actions are taken to resolve accounts.
• Compose or review final written responses to borrowers.
