Requirements include a high school diploma and 1–3 years in title, mortgage, or financial services, with closing experience preferred. On-site office work and detailed process execution are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in title, mortgage, or financial services preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of title or mortgage closing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, prepare, review, and verify documents for loan closings.
• Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and borrowers to finalize packages.
• Prepare settlement statements and CD/ALTA documents for closing.
• Perform final checks for regulatory, lender, and company requirements.
• Support post-closing changes and communicate timelines to stakeholders.
• Maintain strong attention to deadlines and accuracy under pressure.
