Job summary

BancFirst is seeking a detail-oriented loan operations professional to ensure compliance of consumer, commercial and real estate loan documents with bank policies and regulations. The role collaborates with processors and lenders to manage HMDA/CRA/RESPA/TIL/TRID/Flood requirements and to identify exceptions.

The candidate will maintain accuracy, handle multiple tasks under deadlines, and contribute to departmental objectives while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of loan documentation, lending policy and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of loan underwriting principles.
• Detail oriented with high accuracy and good organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software applications.
• Experience with LaserPro document production is a plus.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong problem solving and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Pre and Post review of loan documents for compliance with regulations and bank policies.
• Handle loan compliance across HMDA/CRA/RESPA/TIL/TRID/Flood requirements.
• Identify and track technical exceptions and loan covenants.
• Track insurance coverage on loans and coordinate with staff.
• Communicate with loan staff, processors and lenders.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Contribute to departmental objectives and special projects.
