LoanCare is seeking an experienced mortgage servicing professional for a call center role in Virginia Beach. You will contact borrowers to resolve delinquencies, negotiate payment plans, and coordinate with Loss Mitigation and Customer Service to minimize losses.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends. MSP and MS Office proficiency are plus points for daily tasks.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in a call center (mortgage experience preferred but not required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.

Mansioni

• Contact borrowers via phone, email, and written correspondence to resolve delinquent mortgage accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and loss mitigation options per policies and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of borrower interactions and account status.
• Monitor and manage assigned portfolio to meet performance goals and minimize losses.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Loss Mitigation, and Foreclosure for seamless servicing.
• Ensure compliance with FDCPA, TCPA, RESPA, and CFPB regulations.
• Identify and elevate high-risk accounts or potential fraud cases.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry changes.
• Work in a fast-paced, structured environment focused on quality and productivity.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
