Job summary

MCCUE Mortgage Company seeks a detail-oriented, customer-focused loan servicing professional to support borrowers throughout the loan lifecycle. You will handle payments, escrows, payoff requests, and delinquency management while delivering exceptional service.

Collaborate with internal teams, refer eligible accounts to loss mitigation, and ensure investor and insurer reporting is accurate in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Building positive relationships with borrowers through telephone and written communication.

• Analyzing delinquent accounts and developing appropriate repayment solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with investor, insurer, and regulatory requirements.
