The Equitable Bank is seeking a Closing Processor to join its lending team. This full-time role operates Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm, with potential overtime during peak periods, in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities include preparing closing documents, coordinating closings, and ensuring compliance with bank and investor rules. Ideal candidates bring mortgage processing experience, knowledge of disclosures, and strong attention to detail.

Formación

• Knowledge of federal and state consumer disclosure requirements is required.
• Experience with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHA/ VA and Commercial guidelines is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required as this position works closely with customers and staff.
• Familiarity with Mortgagebot and LaserPro processing software is a plus.
• Must be accurate, detail and deadline oriented.
• Knowledge of RESPA, MDIA, HMDA, TILA, REG Z, etc. is required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare residential, consumer and commercial closing documents.
• Ensure closings and funding of mortgage loans comply with Bank/Investor policies and regulations.
• Schedule closings and prepare loan closing documents; respond to inquiries from attorneys, realtors, title companies, and customers.
• Perform clerical duties daily in line with departmental procedures.
• Assist mortgage servicing with clearing exceptions or title issues.
