Exchange Bank is seeking a detail-oriented professional to prepare mortgage closing documents and provide superior customer service for timely transactions. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and coordination with lenders and title companies in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 2 years of closing/processing experience with Encompass, strong communication, and the ability to manage a heavy workload while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of mortgage closing/processing experience using Encompass.
• Knowledge of loan types and mortgage industry regulations.
• Strong written and spoken communication and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and complete accurate and compliant initial and final closing disclosures within TRID timing guidelines.
• Monitor borrower receipt of Closing Disclosure and re-disclose as required for changes.
• Review title commitment, homeowner’s insurance, flood certification, and invoices for accuracy on closing documents.
• Work with lenders, title company, and borrowers to ensure a smooth closing experience.
