The candidate should have 3+ years of consumer mortgage closing experience and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consumer mortgage closing experience.
• Advanced understanding of mortgage closings and problem resolutions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in typing and computer software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer files.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan closing documents for purchase, refinance, construction, consumer mortgage loans using Mortgagebot/IDS or LaserPro.
• Collaborate with loan processor, loan officer, and underwriter to ensure timely closings.
• Train and mentor new and existing team members on policy and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with TRID regulations and accurate Loan Estimates/Closing Disclosures.
• Assist with post-closing duties and weekly/monthly reporting.
