Job summary

Tri City National Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Closers to manage a closing pipeline and ensure timely, compliant closings. You will train staff, coordinate with processors, officers and underwriters, and prepare closing docs using Mortgagebot/IDS or LaserPro.

Role requires 3+ years in consumer mortgage closings, strong analytical skills, and keen attention to detail. On-site position in West Allis, WI with competitive benefits and growth paths.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consumer mortgage closing experience.
• Advanced understanding of mortgage closings and problem resolutions.
• High level of analytical ability for data gathering and documentation.
• Strong organization, communication and confidentiality in handling files.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan closing documents for purchase, refinance, construction and consumer mortgages using Mortgagebot/IDS or LaserPro.
• Collaborate with loan processor, loan officer and underwriter to ensure timely closings.
• Train, mentor and provide leadership to new and existing team members.
• Ensure compliance with TRID rules and assess Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure accuracy.
• Maintain HMDA information accuracy and assist with post-closing duties.
• Assist with weekly and monthly reports and with policy updates.
