The position requires 2–3 years in mortgage processing/closing, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years in mortgage loan processing/closing preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Gather, review, and verify documentation from loan applicants.
• Ensure applications are complete and compliant with lender requirements.
• Prepare loan files for underwriting and submissions.
• Place orders for title commitments and other services.
• Ensure files comply with regulations and policies.
• Prepare and review closing documents.
• Obtain final loan approvals from underwriters and satisfy conditions.
• Ensure documents are signed, recorded, and distributed properly.
• Deliver final loan package to lender/investor.
