Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Consumer Loan Originators and other personnel to ensure proper related documentation is prepared and/or provided.
• Answer the telephone and respond to routine loan center or member inquiries related to loan balance and payoff requests.
• Assist with the preparation of loan files and documentation.
• Update and maintain financial statements, cash flow, and tax documentation in loan files.
• Perform official notary service as required.
