Unity Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Operations Specialist to manage the residential mortgage lifecycle from opening through investor delivery and portfolio boarding. You will coordinate disclosures, closings, and post-closing activities in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong mortgage experience, ability to analyze settlement and title reports, and familiarity with FNMA/FHLMC guidelines. Proficiency in MS Word and sharp attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years conventional mortgage experience
• 5 years closing/post-closing operations experience
• Ability to analyze settlement packages and title reports
• Knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC guidelines
• Knowledge of Automated Underwriting Systems LP/DU is recommended
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• MS Word Suite required

Responsibilities

• Open loans with accurate data entry and deliver initial disclosures.
• Coordinate closing, prepare packages, and verify terms.
• Deliver loans to investors/servicing partners and clear suspense conditions.
• Provide post-closing review and ensure proper portfolio loan boarding.
