CountryPlace Mortgage, a leading nationwide lender headquartered in Plano, TX, is seeking a Senior Mortgage Closer/Funder to join our Closing Department in person at the Plano office. You will facilitate the closing and funding process, ensure accurate packages, and collaborate with title companies and attorneys.

You will be SME on TRID, CD, and investor loan closing requirements (FHA, Fannie Mae, Non-Conforming).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 3+ years' experience as a loan closer in banking or financial services.
• Construction-to-perm a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive loan closing processing after conditions to close and manage escalations.
• Finalize closing documents in a closing package with accuracy.
• Serve as SME on TRID, Closing Disclosure, and CD preparation; coordinate with title companies and attorneys.
