Job summary

First World Mortgage Corporation is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator in West Hartford, CT to support a top-producing Loan Officer. You will own lead management, calendar coordination, client and partner communications, and CRM upkeep to ensure a smooth, client-centered mortgage process.

You will be the gatekeeper for new leads, set appointments that stick, and deliver exceptional experiences from day one. A fast-paced, detail-oriented environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive/administrative support, sales coordination, mortgage or financial services preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with phone/email.
• Tech-savvy with Outlook, Excel, and mortgage tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead Management & Client Onboarding: respond promptly to new leads and onboard into CRM; schedule consultations.
• Calendar & Appointment Management: set appointments for Loan Officer; protect deep-work time.
• Inbox & Operations Gatekeeper: filter and organize emails; answer calls to allow focus on leads and closings.
• Client & Partner Communication: communicate with clients and referral partners by phone, text, and email.
• Database & Client Experience: manage engagement programs and CRM upkeep, including outreach and surveys.
• Marketing Support & Admin: assist newsletters, videos, social media, and marketing content with team.
