Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Client Engagement Setter to be the first contact for prospective borrowers and to coordinate with realtor partners. You will promptly engage inbound leads, qualify basic fit, schedule consultations with Loan Advisors, and log activities in the CRM.

This role does not provide loan advice or take applications. You will support lead reactivation, maintain accurate realtor records, and help drive engagement while ensuring compliance with role boundaries.

Qualifications

• Experience in appointment setting or customer engagement in finance/real estate.
• Mortgage-industry familiarity preferred.
• Strong phone and text communication; professional demeanor.
• Highly organized with CRM experience (Insellerate).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads by phone, text, and email within coverage windows.
• Re-engage stalled leads and qualify for consultations with Loan Advisor.
• Schedule consultations and drive applicants toward submission.
• Maintain accurate notes and statuses in Insellerate in real time.
• Maintain realtor partner relationships and coordinate team events.
• Escalate loan-term questions to the Loan Advisor while preserving customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with role boundaries and guide borrowers to independent applications.
