The Simpson Team in San Diego seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager for Mortgage Brokerage to drive growth and expand services within the competitive real estate market. You will build strong relationships with clients, lenders, and real estate professionals to create new opportunities and increase revenue.

You will lead strategic initiatives, analyze market trends, and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies while ensuring compliance with mortgage lending policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar mortgage/real estate role.
• Deep knowledge of mortgage products, lending policies, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to build and sustain professional relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the mortgage brokerage sector to drive company growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and potential clients to generate referral business.
• Create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to promote mortgage products and services.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to adapt business strategies accordingly.
• Lead negotiations and close mortgage brokerage deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve client experience.
• Provide ongoing training and support to junior staff and team members.
