Qualifications

• Two or more years of mortgage sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products/services and market trends.
• Ability to interview and recruit new talent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities related to loan origination for a small team of Mortgage Loan Originators.
• Establish referral source relationships with real estate brokers, builders and other external sources.
• Participate in local and state mortgage banking, realtor and builder associations.
• Collaborate with U.S. Bank Home Mortgage and other lines to promote customer relationships and product sales.
• Recruit new talent and retain employees through development and engagement.
