LitFinancial is seeking an Associate Mortgage Banker to join our sales team. You will be the first contact for prospective borrowers, performing outbound calls, gathering needs, and qualifying leads to hand off to Loan Officers. This is an entry path into mortgage banking with growth toward licensure.

You’ll receive training, licensing support, and unlimited leads in a fast-paced office environment, with a strong emphasis on customer experience and performance-driven results.

Competenze

• Sales experience in customer service, call center, or sales roles.
• Willingness and ability to pass the NMLS exam and obtain licenses.
• Strong interest in mortgage/financial services.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Comfort with high volumes of outbound calls and objection handling.
• Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset.
• Ability to work fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Basic computer skills and quick learning of new systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Conduct a high volume of outbound dials to new leads and inquiries.
• Engage borrowers to understand goals and assess interest.
• Nurture leads through follow-up and relationship building.
• Document call notes and lead movements in CRM systems.
• Maintain professional, customer-focused tone in conversations.
• Collaborate with Mortgage Banker team on strategy and outreach.
• Qualify clients and pass account information to Loan Officers.
• Explain mortgage products and benefits to clients.
• Assist with smooth handoffs to Loan Officers for applications.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly call quotas.
