Qualifications

• Sales experience in customer service, call center, or sales with a track record of targets.
• Ability to pass the NMLS exam and obtain state and national licenses.
• Interest in mortgage or financial services industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly.
• Comfort with high volumes of outbound calls and handling objections.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to leads and inquiries.
• Qualify prospects and gather information to assess mortgage needs.
• Maintain relationships with leads through follow-up and nurture.
• Log call notes and lead movements in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Mortgage Banker team on strategy and outreach.
• Ensure smooth handoffs to Loan Officers after qualification.
• Meet daily and weekly call quotas and performance metrics.
