You will start with a defined path to becoming a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer, with clear room for advancement and performance-based rewards. You will handle high-volume calls, gather client information, and transition qualified leads to licensed officers.

Responsibilities

• Make and receive 100+ calls daily to connect with clients who requested loan quotes.
• Gather basic info and provide a warm, professional introduction to our loan process.
• Transfer 15+ qualified leads daily to licensed Loan Officers.
• Learn to handle objections using scripts and coaching.
• Deliver top-tier service with a positive attitude on every call.
