Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor - Unarmed - Mornings to oversee the delivery of services on a morning shift at a client site. You will supervise security officers, coordinate with the site supervisor and Account Manager, and act as a liaison to ensure high quality service and safety standards.

The role requires strong communication, reporting abilities, and the capacity to handle crisis situations calmly while maintaining professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security staff on assigned shift.
• Coordinate with site supervisor and account/field ops managers.
• Act as liaison between supervisors and officers and provide coaching and discipline as needed.
