Job summary

Hilton Bellevue is seeking a part-time Server Assistant in Bellevue, WA. You will assist with dining room setup, water service, and guest interactions while supporting the restaurant team to ensure a positive guest experience.

The position requires mornings (7am–2pm) with an average 20–30 hours per week. Prior customer service or food handling experience is preferred; must obtain a WA Food Handlers Permit within 14 days of hire and be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or food handling is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, with 20–30 hours weekly on average.
• Must obtain Washington State Food Handlers Permit within 14 days of hire.
• Positive, outgoing attitude and willingness to serve others.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests, provide menus and water service.
• Monitor restaurant activity to manage seating and dining flow.
• Perform opening and closing duties as needed.
• Set and prep tables with clean tableware, napkins, and glassware.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
• Assist team members and other departments to maintain smooth operations.
