Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Bellevue Downtown in Washington state seeks a Breakfast Attendant to ensure a quality dining experience for guests. You will prepare items, stock the buffet, greet guests warmly, and maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen areas.

Qualifications

• Previous food handling or fast food experience is preferred, but not required.
• You must be able to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit and some locations require an Alcohol Server’s Permit.
• You need basic verbal and written communication skills.
• You must be able to read and write. You must be able to stand and move around for an entire shift and lift at least 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items, prep, stock and maintain the buffet.
• Offer flexibility and creativity to meet guest requests.
• Proactively assist guests with eye contact and a warm greeting.
• Wash dishes, clean the kitchen and maintain daily checklists and temperature logs.
• Assist with inventory, ordering and receiving of all food and beverage items.
• Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
