Job summary

Hilton Bellevue is seeking a full-time Restaurant Server Assistant to support dining operations at Solarium Kitchen + Bar. You will set and clear tables, stock service stations, and assist with food running and guest service to enhance the guest experience.

Typical shifts include mornings 7am–2pm with 32–40 hours weekly; preferred experience in guest services. Must obtain a Washington State Food Handlers Permit within 14 days of hire and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts.
• Prior customer service or food handling experience preferred.
• Must obtain Washington State Food Handlers Permit within 14 days of hire.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests, provide menus and water service
• Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Set and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships

The Hilton Bellevueand Solarium Kitchen + Baris currently seeking a full-time Server Assistant. As a Restaurant Server Assistant, you would be responsible for setting, clearing, and cleaning dining tables and stocking service stations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Duties may also include stocking and running food, general cleaning, and overall guest service.

Job Duties include:

• A positive, outgoing attitude, and a desire to server others
• At least 18 years of age or older
