Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Bellevue Downtown is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to deliver a quality dining experience for guests away from home. You will perform food preparation, maintain the buffet, and greet guests warmly as part of a collaborative hotel team.

Qualifications

Food Handler’s Permit may be required; ability to obtain one.
Basic verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to stand and move around for an entire shift; ability to lift at least 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Prepare food items, prep, stock and maintain the buffet.
Offer flexibility and creativity to meet guest requests.
Proactively assist guests with eye contact and a warm greeting.
Wash dishes, clean the kitchen and maintain daily checklists and temperature logs.
Assist with inventory, ordering and receiving of all food and beverage items.
Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
