• Receive and unload merchandise and prepare it for backroom storage.
• Maintain backroom standards by keeping stock organized and safe.
• Contribute to omnichannel initiatives including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store.
• Assist with merchandising plans and ensure floor execution aligns with leadership guidance.
• Engage in ongoing learning from peers and training materials to improve operations.
