Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in batch cooking and ensuring proper portion controls.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and temperature records.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and assist with daily clean up and restocking.
• Support the Cook and Cafeteria Manager in daily meal service operations.
