Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English to perform job duties.
• 1 year professional food service experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification required or preferred.
• Maintain a positive and professional image at all times.

Responsibilities

• Cook, prepare and serve food according to menus and yield guides.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen, equipment and work areas; dishwashing duties.
• Set up hot and/or cold food areas and maintain food safety standards.
• Receive, store and rotate supplies; monitor temperatures of cold/hot foods.
• Assist with warewashing, tray collection and occasional cash handling if applicable.
• Substitute at any of the 7 locations as needed.
