Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and help customers locate products.
• Execute cash handling and ensure fast, accurate checkout.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with stocking, truck unloads, and planograms.
• Maintain store recovery, in-stock conditions, and merchandise presentation.
• Support omnichannel processes (BOPIS, Ship From Store).
• Follow SOPs and company policies; model positive behavior.
