Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift light to medium loads.
• Willing to learn store processes and policies.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintain in-stock appearance
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies in all tasks
• Interact with team members in a respectful, positive manner
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
